By accessing or using NomadSE ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use NomadSE.
NomadSE is a digital platform that provides personalized city matching, budget planning, pre-departure roadmaps, and travel assistance tools for digital nomads and remote workers. The Service includes a web application, a Telegram bot, and AI-powered advisory features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. NomadSE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
NomadSE offers Free, Pro (€15/month), and Ultra (€55/month) subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or TON cryptocurrency. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact support@nomadse.com within 7 days of the charge for review.
NomadSE uses artificial intelligence to generate city recommendations, budget estimates, and travel advice. This content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice. Always verify visa requirements, tax obligations, and travel regulations with official government sources.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without written permission; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of NomadSE — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of NomadSE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
NomadSE is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, travel disruptions, or financial losses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
NomadSE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
